Invite members

Invite teammates by email from Settings → Team, choose a role at or below your own, and understand expiry, resend, and seat limits.

Bring your team into the workspace by inviting them from Settings → Team. You choose their role when you invite them, and they join as soon as they accept.

Before you start

Owner, Admin, and Manager can invite — but only at your own role or below. Seats are limited by plan: Free 3, Studio 10, Agency 25. Members can't invite.

Where to find it

Go to Settings → Team. You'll see current members, pending invites, and your seat usage shown as "N of limit members".

Send an invite

Open Team settings

Go to Settings → Team.

Enter the email and role

Type the person's email and pick a role. You can only choose a role at or below your own — if you try to go higher, you'll see "You can't invite someone with a role higher than your own."

Send

Send the invite. The person gets an email with a link to join. Each email can have one active invite at a time.

Roles you can choose

You can invite someone as an Admin, Manager, or Member, subject to the at-or-below rule. You can't invite someone as Owner — if you need to hand over the workspace, the app points you to Transfer ownership instead. See Transfer ownership.

Manage pending invites

  • Expiry: invites expire after 7 days.
  • Resend or revoke: from Settings → Team, you can resend an invite or revoke it.
  • One per email: there's only ever one active invite per email address at a time.

The seat cap is enforced when the invite is accepted, not when you send it. If your workspace is already full, ask the new teammate to wait until you upgrade or free up a seat. See Plans & limits.

Tips

  • To give a Member access to a specific project, pick the projects when you invite, add them on the project's Members tab, or simply assign them a task. See Project access.

Troubleshooting

  • "You can't invite someone with a role higher than your own." Pick a role at or below yours.
  • I want to invite an Owner. You can't — use Transfer ownership.
  • The invite didn't arrive. Resend or revoke from Settings → Team, and check I didn't receive an email.
