Plans and limits

Each workspace runs on its own plan, billed independently. There are three, all flat-fee — one price covers your whole team, never per seat.

The three plans

Each workspace gets one 14-day trial, no card required, shared across paid plans and billing intervals. Switching plans or canceling does not restart it.

What each plan unlocks

The Free plan covers the full billing line — clients, projects, time, invoices, manual/offline payments, and Hoursmith for Chrome. Paid plans add the rest:

• Studio and up unlock unlimited invoices, recurring billing, own-domain email, client dashboards and the client portal, reports, CSV export, overdue reminders, online card payments, Telegram notifications, and API access.
• Agency adds private Payouts and Team profitability for Owners/Admins, advanced reporting, an audit log, priority support, and outbound webhooks.

Downgrades are safe

The most important rule: your data is never deleted on downgrade. If you drop to a lower plan, paid features simply lock — everything you've created stays put, and unlocks again if you upgrade.

Recurring-series data is also retained, but the automation is system-paused when the workspace loses Studio/Agency access. Restoring access does not resume or backfill schedules automatically; a Manager, Admin, or Owner must review and resume each series.

Owners/Admins retain in-app read access to finalized payout bills, payment history, statement PDFs, and sent forwarding history after downgrade. New payout activity, analytics, and email delivery require Agency; API history access still requires at least Studio.
