Reports overview
See where your time and money go. Reports cover time, revenue, project profitability, and uninvoiced work — all role-aware and plan-gated.
Reports turn the time, expenses, and invoices in your workspace into answers: how many hours you tracked, how much revenue you booked, which projects are profitable, and what's still waiting to be billed. The Dashboard gives you the at-a-glance version; the Reports area is where you slice and filter.
- Plan
- StudioAgency
The whole Reports area requires the reports entitlement, which is included on Studio and Agency. On Free you'll see an upgrade-locked view. What you can see inside Reports also depends on your role — see Money visibility by role.

How reports stay accurate
Reports read straight from your live data — time entries, expenses, and invoices — so they always reflect the current state of your workspace. Figures like overdue are derived on the fly, never stored, so they're correct the moment you open the page.
Members see less by design. Members are auto-scoped to their own data, and they never see amounts or rates anywhere. The Revenue and Uninvoiced tabs are hidden from Members entirely. See Money visibility by role.
