Export the time report
Export the Time report to CSV or PDF, from the Reports Time tab (and CSV from the timesheet), for non-Member roles on Studio and up.
Need your hours in a spreadsheet or a shareable document? You can export the Time report to CSV or PDF — from Reports, or grab the CSV straight from your timesheet.

Export requires the csvExport entitlement (Studio and up) and a non-Member role. Members can't export, because the export includes amounts.
Where to find it
On Reports → Time (/reports) you'll find both Export CSV and Export PDF. The
timesheet at /time also has Export CSV.
Export your time
Set up the view
On Reports → Time, set the date range and any filters (project, member, billable) so the export matches what you want.
Click Export CSV or Export PDF
Click Export CSV for a spreadsheet, or Export PDF for a clean landscape table (same columns as the CSV) that's easy to share. Both include amounts for your non-Member role; the PDF hides rate/amount columns for Members and notes the 10,000-row cap.
What can and can't be exported
- Time report: CSV from Reports → Time and the /time timesheet; PDF from Reports → Time.
- Revenue, Projects, Uninvoiced reports: no CSV or PDF export for these.

Troubleshooting
- I don't see an Export CSV button. It needs the csvExport entitlement (Studio and up) and a non-Member role. Members can't export. See Plans & limits.
- I want to export revenue or uninvoiced data. CSV export covers the Time report only. For a broader data export, use Export data.
