Revenue report

See what you've billed. The Revenue tab is restricted to Owners, Admins, and Managers — Members can't open it.

The Revenue report is the money view: what your workspace has billed over a period. Because it's all about amounts, it's limited to the manage tier.

The Revenue tab is for Owner, Admin, and Manager only. Members see "Revenue is restricted." It also requires the reports entitlement (Studio and up).

Where to find it

Go to Reports and open the Revenue tab (/reports).

What it shows

The Revenue report summarizes your billed revenue so you can track how much you've invoiced over the period you're viewing. Members never see this tab — they get a "Revenue is restricted." message instead.

There's no CSV export for the Revenue report. CSV export is available for the Time report only. See CSV export.

Tips

  • Pair the Revenue report with the Uninvoiced report to see both what you've billed and what you still can.

Troubleshooting

  • "Revenue is restricted." You're signed in as a Member. The Revenue tab is Owner/Admin/Manager only — see Money visibility by role.
  • The whole Reports area is locked. Revenue needs the reports entitlement, included on Studio and up. See Plans & limits.
