Uninvoiced report
Everything billable that isn't on an invoice yet. A manage-tier view of money you've earned but haven't billed.
The Uninvoiced report is your "money left on the table" view: every billable item that hasn't made it onto an invoice yet. It's the fastest way to make sure nothing billable slips through.

The Uninvoiced tab is for Owner, Admin, and Manager only — it's hidden from Members. It also requires the reports entitlement (Studio and up).
Where to find it
Go to Reports and open the Uninvoiced tab (/reports).
What it shows
The Uninvoiced report lists everything billable that isn't yet on an invoice — grouped by client and project, with invoice-parity pricing and per-currency totals. That includes both un-invoiced time and unbilled billable expenses: the combined headline shows the time estimate plus expenses, with a per-client expense line that deep-links to the filtered expenses list. Clients with only expenses to bill show up too. Use it to make sure nothing billable slips through, then turn it into invoices.
There's no CSV export for the Uninvoiced report. CSV export is available for the Time report only. See CSV export.
Tips
- Treat this report as a billing checklist: clear it regularly so your uninvoiced balance stays low.

Troubleshooting
- I can't find this tab. It's hidden from Members. Switch to an Owner, Admin, or Manager account.
- An item I expected is missing. Only billable work that isn't already on an invoice appears. Check that the time or expense is marked billable and not already invoiced.
