Checklists
Break a task into checkable items, track progress with an N / M done count, and paste multiple lines to add several at once.
A checklist breaks a task into smaller steps you can tick off. Each item has a checkbox, and the task shows how many are done.

Editing checklists is open to the manage tier or the assigned Member.
Where to find it
Open a task's drawer or its edit form to add and edit checklist items. On the read-first detail page, the checklist is read-only.
How checklists work
- Each item has a checkbox.
- Progress shows as a count: N / M DONE.
- You edit items in the drawer or edit form; the detail page shows them but you can't edit there.
Add checklist items
Open the task drawer
Click the task to open its drawer (or open its edit form).
Add items
Type each step as a checklist item.
Paste several at once
Paste multiple lines to create several items in one go — each line becomes its own item.
Check items off
Tick the checkbox on an item as you complete it. The N / M DONE count updates.
Have a list somewhere else? Copy it and paste all the lines into the checklist at once instead of adding items one by one.
