- Role
- OwnerAdminManagerMember
Anyone who can edit a task or post a comment can add attachments.
Where to find it
Attach files in the task description (rich text) and in the comment composer. Use paste, drag-and-drop, or the 📎 attach button.
Supported types
- Inline images: png, jpeg, gif, webp — these render in place.
- Download-chip attachments also allow: svg, pdf, txt, csv, markdown, Office files, and zip — these show as a download chip.
Limits
- 25 MB per file.
- 20 attachments per item.
Storage and privacy
Attachments are stored privately and served through short signed links, so they aren't publicly accessible.
Task descriptions support rich text and attachments too — not just comments.
