Branding & logo
Upload your logo and set your organization name so your brand shows on invoices, the public invoice page, and the client portal.
Your logo and organization name live in the Brand card on Settings → General
(/settings/general). They appear anywhere a client sees your business — on invoices, the public
invoice page, and the client portal.

Branding is part of workspace settings, managed by Owner and Admin under Settings → General.
Set your brand
Open the Brand card
Go to Settings → General and find the Brand card at the top.
Upload your logo
Upload your logo. It appears on invoices, the public invoice page, and the client portal.
Set your organization name
Enter your Organization name — this is the workspace's display name.
Save
Click Save workspace settings.
Your legal / billing name, tax details, and contact info are separate from the brand — they live in the Business details card on the same page. See Workspace settings.
Troubleshooting
- My logo isn't showing on invoices. Re-upload it from the Brand card and save. Already-sent invoices keep the branding they were created with — they're immutable snapshots.
- I can't edit the Brand card. Branding needs Owner or Admin.
Invoice defaults
Set the currency, tax rate, numbering, payment terms, notes, and footer that prefill every new invoice — without touching invoices you've already sent.
Billing & plans
View your plan, seats, and next charge, manage your subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal, and see what happens on upgrade, downgrade, and cancel.
