Project profitability

See a project's money, profit, and budget progress at a glance — with role-based visibility and Agency-only utilization.

A project's detail page surfaces how it's doing financially — money earned, profit, and budget progress. What you see depends on your role and plan.

Before you start

Money and profit tiles plus budget progress are Owner, Admin, and Manager only. Members see hours only.

Where to find it

Open a project and view its Overview (the project detail page at /projects/[id]).

Owner / Admin / Manager — money and profit tiles, plus budget progress for any budget cap you've set.
Member — hours only. Members are money-blind, so the financial tiles are hidden.

Member utilization within profitability is an Agency-only feature (advanced reporting).

Utilization is available on Agency. On Free and Studio, the rest of the profitability view still works for manage-tier roles.

Use profitability alongside budgets to spot projects that are trending over, and the reports section for workspace-wide views.
